Lead ammo restriction in WA.

This morning, I tried to email my comment on the imposed a ban on the use of traditional (lead) ammunition to the provided address. Rene Henson is listed as the person to contact but her email address is rejected by the WDFW mail server and searching the website for her name renders nothing.

So...
Did the NRA get the contact info all wrong or was there a last minute personnel change to thwart hunter participation?
Where can we send our comments {due tomorrow} on this lead ammo ban?
