What is the alternative for lead rifle bullets. I'm sure they will try to spread this to other states. I should say it is banned for hunting.

Nosler had the lead free Ballistic tip and the E-tip. Hornady has the GMX line. Barnes bullets entire line is lead free.

I think they already are using lead free.

    Military Moves to lead Free

Weather it's good or a bad thing depends on which publication you read, it follows the lines you'd expect.

I doubt there were any specific ML only hunts anyway.

OK since an all copper or bronze pistol bullet is considered to be an armor piercing bullets How will you hunt with a handgun?

From what I've read the law only pertains to hunting ammo, target ammo is excluded. The law is BS, just another feel good does nothing law.

For big game, it isn't a big deal. For prairie dogs, or, if your shotgun can't accept steel, it will drive one to bankruptcy.

The ban doesn't take effect until 2019 and it only applies to hunting, not target shooting.

Oh, and to answer your question: depleted uranium

Will this law be state wide, or only in certain regions ... ie) the Condor areas ?
