The closure of the roads in areas where the biologist said that they weren't likely to impact the survival of the endangered frog... and without any study... It smacks more like a budgetary decision to justify laying people off. That so many of our own forested areas here in Oregon have been denied us is heart breaking. Does anybody know of reasons other than budgetary concerns driving the closures?
