Law Enforcement Officer (Retired) for help with annual LEOSA Qualification

I live in the Stanwood/Camano Island area and find it difficult to find another retired officer to witness/sign my annual qualifications. I usually shoot indoors at the Skagit range in Burlington. I'm seeking another (s) who could meet annually and help each other with this requirement for national carry under HR 218/LEOSA. Those interested just need their LEO creds and the Skagit Range fee.
