Latest toy - first AR-15

I wanted to purchase a bolt action .223 for our numerous coyotes but after seeing a long-barrel AR-15 I just couldn't resist!

It's Bushmaster Varminter with a Vortex Viper 6.5 x 20 50mm Mil Dot, Vortex Sparc for those close-up surprise shots, & a nice foldable tripod.

Coyotes here I come!

A guy up here hated ARs till he shot a very accurate one
Then he loved them
Then he realized he was going through more ammo on his varmint shoots
Back to bolt guns.(he uses both really)

I'll take the AR as it all for fun anyways,right?

Nice, enjoy! AR's can be superbly accurate. My two most accurate rifles, a Colt H-bar and a Kimber mod 84 in .223. Equals!

Where's a good spot for coyotes in SW Washington. I plan to go next spring when the monsoons settle down. I also have an AR-15 I plan to use. Just picked up a coyote call and am looking for what people call a "howler" not sure what that is but I will find out.
