Lamb Bacon Burger with Feta and Chedda

1- 1/2 lbs fresh ground lamb shank

4 thick slices pepper bacon ground into the lamb meat

1 Anaheim chili chopped in the food processor

1/2 a yellow onion chopped in the food processor

Juice from one lemon

Add 1 tbs of Cavenders seasoning, Mix it all together, salt and pepper to taste. BBQ it adding a mixture of quality chedda and feta on top

I was thinking that the juice from one lemon would be a nice addition to the recipe.
