Got one for my mossburger 500 defender.

it makes it look very aggresive, and performs well.

i put the high mount cheek rest on there and used a red dot sight.

fun to shoot.

holds 7+1 and 5 on the stock. with a shoulder strap I hold an extra 4.

just thought if you were thinkin about addin this stock to your rem or moss, you should do it.

Yes the recoil reduction was reduced, its more like a push instead of a punch. I'm not a big guy (I'm at my heaviest ever now at 160 and need to loose 10-15 lbs) and it helps with follow up shot being faster and more accurate.

I have one on my Mossberg 590 (top). I may switch it over to the 590 A1 (bottom)

Felt recoil is definitely reduced and it doesn't take long to get used to sliding your thumb around to activate the action release catch.

I got mine from Brownells - about 3 years ago.
