Yet so many people in positions of power misconstrue what "well regulated", "militia" and "infringed" means.

I hate the term "shotty" as well. Any time I see it in a forum I imagine the poster is about 12 years old. It ranks up there with "deagle".

So very true.

And the only time I use those terms is in the gaming forums when referring only to the firearms IN the game, not real ones.

In my video about my Mossberg Bullpup I am heard to say "pump shotty" but then again, I was WITH my gaming clan at the time.
