Ha ha that caught my eye too. Cop just saved the guy's life and he says "murdered". But I'm sure he was really traumatized and I wouldn't be able to choose the right words either in that situation so no biggy but I noticed it also.

IMO it's a Freudian slip... one reveals what one really thinks in times of stress. This fellow has either a conscious or an unconscious bias against LE, but who's he gonna call...
