What do you make your blades out of? It sounds like you make sheaths too, is that correct?

Right now I mainly make the blades from 1084, 15n20, 5160, or files/rasps (typically a 1095 variant.). I do make leather sheahs as well. I used to do a little bit of kydex, but I like the traditional leather a lot more.
