SOLD

I recently suffered a stroke, so the Garand and associated gear must go to someone who can actually shoot it.
I can't even lift and aim it :).

Shown in the pictures are :

The Garand itself with its case

A G99a "recommended spares" kit from M1garand.com

A maintenance kit (kept in the buttstock)

4 Garand books (3 factory, 1 notebook put together by me)

A ported gas plug from GarandGear, allowing many types of 30-06 ammo to be shot without putting undue stress on the op-rod

24 X 8 rounds of ammunition (rem 150 gr. PSP)

24 enbloc clips, known to be good

2 GI bandoleers holding 6 loaded clips each

1 aftermarket holder from Olangapo Outfitters for 12 loaded clips

An Ultimak scout rail (removed for the sale)

The 2X scout scope I have been using

I've had it since 2010, and have maybe 1000 rounds through it.
Receiver S/N puts the date of manufacture between 1955 and 1957.
It has been re-barreled, but I've checked the headspace with a go/no-go gauge.

First offer of $1000 brings all of this home.
I bought the rifle in 2010 for $600.

Pictures to be up soon, or can email some upon request.

King County area.

Thanks,
Charlie Mitchell

Yes, I can ship all but the 24X8 rounds of ammunition.
I don't know how to do that.
You'd need to pay for the shipping, though.
