Kimber Solo

Finally was able to handle one today.
Sweet little gun. Price tag is all Kimber though. $655 I think. Shop says they have 20 on order and 15 are pre sold. They might be tough to come by.
Trying to decide if I like it enough to sell my M&P.40C to get it.
Has anyone here actually shot one yet?

I've only been able to hold one as well, and loved it.

Up until yesterday, my choice was going to be between the Sig P290, and the Kimber Solo.. but I hadn't held the Sig.

I did yesterday at Cabelas... didn't like it.

Gonna be an all silver Solo for me.

I held a real one at Keith's and have a dummy gun for one and will have to say it's a pretty impressive feeling little gun.

The latest Guns and Ammo has a review and they like it, but then again, they are industry hacks (IMHO). I will wait to see what Gun Tests has to say.

Yes.

Here is the first one that shipped last week. It doesn't look that good being in the natural leather color, but that's what the customer wanted.

Looks pretty good in the May 2011 Guns & Ammo review. Have not been able to find one to handle yet. May have to consider it, if I can ever find one.
Looks like everyone is coming out with sub-compact 9mm's but I have to say that my Kahr is hard to beat.
