Killer crab enchilada recipe??

    I have some dungeness crab that desperately needs to be turned in to Mexican food.
    Anyone have a good recipe?
    I'll bet Trlsmn has one.

    I do have one!

    Take the crab and steam them, serve with melted real butter and the side! Oh and enchiladas on the side too if you like! :p Now I'm hungry for seafood!

    A friend of mine had us over for crab enchaladas. I do not have the recipe but OMG they were great reeeealy great.

    It turned out pretty darn good.


    I think 2 or 3 treatments with the special shampoo should clear that up.:shower:
