Was in keiths this past saturday and it wasnt busy at all(about 7 cust.) anyway not all the workers were busy and the phone kept ringing, call after call. I looked around to see what the heck was going on because nobody gave a bubblegum about it Keith was also in there not giving a bubblegum. Finally, after about 10mins a woman answered the phone(she was also mad because of the phone she kept shaking her head whenever the phone rang) she said something like "give it a rest" or something like that after she hung up.

I have never understood how a business stays in business when they won't answer their phone. Keith's seems to have a real problem with anyone ever answering the phone.
