2 box limit

The 2 box limit is so that if someone buys a gun they can at least buy a couple boxes of ammo to go with it. Otherwise the scalpers would go in and buy it all to resell at 4x the price. With the scalping going on, gun stores will soon only sell ammo with a gun purchase. Can't blame them. Who wants to buy a new gun and not be able to buy ammo to shoot it?
