    If it's made this way by Kalashnikov in the US, then it's not converted. It's what a Saiga would've been without import restrictions.

    Negative, Ive converted enough to see it.
    Same forearm set up, same muzzle shroud, same rear FCG hole plugs.. Straight up, this is simply a converted saiga. There is no way they would retain those "features" if they had a domestic manufacturing plant.. Im wondering if this is easier for them than actually making AKs. As it stands these are just simple conversions. I seriously hope no one falls for it and buys one for $550+ Not even sure if they've added bullet guides.

    Worst yet, if these are simple Saigas, you have no way of knowing if the chambers are "stepped" or not until you fire a round and check out the spent case.

    I bet if we called them up we could get them to admit it and find out when their real AKs were coming out.
