Yes, blackened stainless.

I didn't think the "Blackened Stainless" came out until 2008?? Is it stamped stainless? If not, then it is the forged steel like the older models.

The black "DLC" finish came out in 2005-06 or so, this would be much earlier than that. It's a carbon steel frame model as shown by the absence of the silhouette line on the frame above the trigger.
