M lok is only available on mod 2 rifles. One could swap a mod 1 URX 3.1 rail for a URX 4 rail I suppose but it involves a few more steps. Given that this is a factory tan rifle, I would say it is a factory mod 2. Plus the fact that it says mod 2 on the upper receiver. Hope that helps.
