If there is a link or thread for wa. I tried looking and so much info I could not sort it out. I know I can't go into a post office because it was posted on their board.
    Any help would be great.

Here are the WA laws. You should read them, know them, bookmark them, http://apps.leg.wa.gov/RCW/default.aspx?cite=9.41

There are several sections that will give you your answers. The WA laws for the most part are pretty straight forward and easy to read.

As for the Post office it only lists part of the law, not the whole law. If the law actually said "no firearms" and that was the end of the law you would not be able to take a firearm in to ship, no would LEO's be able to go in. You have to read the whole law to see what it is really saying. There currently a couple of court cases going on that deal with this, http://www.google.com/search?client...arms+carry+in+a+post+office&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8

There is no single list aviliable. I know because I am working on this myself.
For example the AG's office does not know if you can carry in a card room, and yes this different from a casino. They referred me to the gambling commision.
