So I bought a new Stoeger 2000 and I've read it's a decent enough shotgun. I paid $399 for it. Has anyone had any major issues with one? I haven't shot it yet so it's still possible to return it.

I bought one brand new in 2010, shot great for 2 years then experienced jamming (FTE FTF) the culprit is the ejector thingy inside the receiver area (where the pencil is pointed at) if you try and push the slide (pin) towards the back and it does not slide smoothly, remove it (with a star bit) clean it and retest. If it still is not sliding smoothly, replace it. Part#33298 Good luck with your Stoeger, I love mine!!!
