    Hard to believe this was California, but they used the Attorney Generals statement that the law was "a minor burden to the 2nd amendment" to form the ruling.

    Shall Not Be Infringed.... prevails!!

    that just goes to show that "the Dumbing down of America" is ~Not Limited~ to just kids, thankfully, in this case :D

    Let's see, you want to speak politics in the village square, apply for a permit and wait 10 days???

    It would be interesting to do a study on how many people are victimized while waiting for the gun they desperately need
