Looks like the doctor likes his machine guns. I'd love to do something similar.

Developers buy cheap land under airport runway approaches, put up big housing developments which people move into at bargain prices, and then the airport gets sued by the homeowners for the noise! And the airport loses, too. This is a smaller scale version of the same idiocy.
