I was very bad today...but it was worth it. I was at Brightwater Ventures today and I picked up this Winchester John Wayne commemorative lever action carbine made in 1981. It wasn't cheap, but Nick made me a darn good deal on it. One of the few memories I have of my grandfather ever actually talking to me (instead of at me) when I was a kid is when he was talking to me about the John Wayne movies he would often watch on weekends at home. Because of that I just had to have this rifle. I have seen every movie engraved on the receiver at least three times each...usually with him.

The John Wayne was not offered in a rifle. Don't be afraid to shoot it I have a Buffalo Bill Rifle with upgraded sights that is a joy to shoot and as accurate as any hunting rifle. I have a Williams FP Peep sight on the receiver giving it a massive 31" sight radius.
