Vice President Joe Biden conceded on Thursday that gun regulations aren’t going to end every murder or eliminate the possibility of another mass shooting, but argued changes are needed to save lives.

Better yet, how about background checks before purchasing a car. They kill a lot more people than guns, so let's background check for that, better not having any wrecks or speeding tickets or else you'll be riding the bus.
