Selling my Izhmash Biathlon Basic 7-2 KO in .22LR. These are spectacular rifles made in Russia that are currently (nearly) impossible to find in the US. Wicked accurate and pleasant to shooot. Cycles super fast and is in almost-NIB condition.

Bought to keep as a collector, but the CEO (me) didn't consulted the CFO (wife)...... Tough to find elsewhere online for less than $900-$1000.

A couple of questions as I am not familiar with the rifle:

1) Toggle type bolt action?
2) Match chamber? which kind?
3) Barrel length?

I see rails, but I don't see sights. Generally biathlon rifles come with sights?

1) Yes, it's a lightning-fast short-pull toggle action,
2) Not sure about the specific chamber dimensions, but it is chambered for .22 LR,
3) 19.7", can install a sight-extension tube if longer sight radius is needed,
No sights on the Biathlon Basic models.
