Issa promises NRA that F&F investigation will hold DoJ officials accountable

“The investigation of Operation Fast and Furious will not end until the full truth of fast and furious is exposed to every American, and that senior officials at the department of justice are held accountable, and yes, that includes Eric Holder.”—Congressman Darrell Issa

They can't get enough on any one person to file formal charges. All it would take is for one person to testify truthfully and the whole thing would implode!

Better happen soon....All those peeps are about to be unemployed.........I hope!

Issa needs to make certain Rep Allen West is on his committee next session.

Mr. West will corner holder and his cronies, and nobody will be able to play the race card afterwards.

No Pulitzers for Fast and Furious coverage, no surprise

Pulitzer Prize winners were announced Monday and among them were the Seattle Times and Seattle’s alternative newspaper The Stranger, but surprise of surprises, nobody working to expose the Operation Fast and Furious scandal even got an honorable mention.

If Issa hasn't subpoenaed Katie Pavlich yet, maybe he should:

Rep. Darrell Issa has said that the DOJ has spent more time and resources trying to protect the careers of its officials who knew about the operation than in holding accountable those who were involved. In fact, the evidence shows that the only ones who have been punished are those who blew the whistle on the operation, while those who were engaged in wrongdoing have been rewarded -- reassigned or promoted with their pensions still intact.

Meanwhile, the DOJ, according to the committee report, "has blamed everyone except for its political appointees for Fast and Furious." Ken Melson, then the ATF's acting director, said that the DOJ is "circling the wagons to protect its political appointees."

Exclusive: How The MSM Covered Up Fast and Furious
Shockingly, the media covered for the Obama administration even when they unwittingly reported the truth. On December 15, 2010, the same day that Officer Brian Terry was murdered using a weapon sold via Fast and Furious, the Washington Post wrote a piece blasting border gun shops for dealing guns to sources south of the border. "What is different now, authorities say, is the number of high-powered rifles heading south ... and the savagery of the violence," the Post reported, neglecting to mention the fact that these gun dealers were working with the ATF to supply the guns. In fact, these gun dealers were stabbed in the back by ATF, which quietly funneled information about them to the Post, showing disproportionate selling of guns south of the border without telling the Post that the dealers were hand-in-glove with the government the entire time.

GSA scandal proves Fast & Furious is ‘tip of the iceberg’

Ironically, the same man – Congressman Darrell Issa – is investigating both scandals as head of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform.
