I thought you could open carry everywhere in oregon (of course unless stated otherwise by businesses). I dont know why you'd want to though.

Edit, found this on oregon gun owners website. Not sure when it was posted or how up to date it is.

County- and city-specific regulations on open carry

The following locations prohibit non-licensed open carry of loaded firearms in public places:

  • Astoria, OR
  • Beaverton, OR
  • Independence, OR
  • Newport, OR
  • Oregon City, OR
  • Portland, OR
  • Salem, OR
  • Tigard, OR
  • Multnomah County

Certain cities have ordinances that allow you to open carry but the gun has to be empty. To carry a loaded firearm (in the manner of open carry) you have to have a CHL. This depends on city/county ordinances and they differ. I wouldn't promote open carry….. just do your research on legality if you do. Cause more than likely you will have contact with LE.
