If I am reading this correctly and it is a complete upper assembly, I think you would be hard pressed to find a better deal.

DTI is a Del-Ton, and a barrel assembly from their website matching most of those specs you posted sells for $395 (plus shipping costs).... so yes, that is a good price. FYI- I have a complete upper bought from Del-Ton on my M4-gery, and it is FANTASTIC.... I paid WAY more that $396, but it came with a Daniel's Defence rail system on it.

If you're referring to my assembly... I bought mine about 18 mos. ago and prices (mine was just under $700) and waiting times for backorders to be delivered was INSANE (over 6 mos!!)... due to the Obamascare. Prices have come down significantly, but I suspect after the November elections they will shoot up again.
