Well his last line makes sense when he says, we have "a criminal in the White House". I can't say the troops have or haven't been asked or at what level. I always wonder what kind of event would trigger or justify the Government trying to take that kind of action. Would it be a natural disaster or a man-made terriorist act causing Martial Law to be imposed and then expanded. We are different today from Europe and especially Germany in the 1930's in that we are armed, but tomorrow that could be eroded by Obama's newly proposed laws. Like Biden just said, "...this is just the start of the process...".
