Anything is possible with the crackpot activist judges we have in the federal court.

And I would like to think this would be squashed by the Supreme Court, but hard to say in this day and age, we have a government that flat out ignores the Constitution.

Just a back door way of eliminating guns, bankrupt the manufacturers. They know they can't directly go after the Second Amendment, so this tact will have the same effect. Essentially choking off the domestic manufacture of firearms.

All without any public outcry…. What's next, going after GM, Ford or Chrysler when drunk drivers take out innocents with their products, in a drunken stupor? It's essentially the same thing…
