With all the finger pointing and back slappin' going on here, looks like that email accomplished exactly what it was intended to do, "someone" is really trying to stir the crap, and discredit a certain web site, or cause discord between 2nd amendment supporters on both sites, and I'll tell you what, who ever sent this email ain't nothing but a snibbling coward.....

This absurd notion being put forth by some that a person must accept the hatred, vitriol, and extremism of others for the sake of harmony is repugnant. Just as repugnant as the vile tactic used by these extremists to belittle the positions of others on the 2nd amendment simply because we disagree with them on other social issues (of which they have very extreme opinions). When it comes to character and convictions...I would trust neither from a person that would suggest we have to ignore other issues simply because we agree on one topic. Any man willing to sacrifice his convictions for harmony has no true convictions and is likely of weak character.

This whole mess here, that a good portion has been logically deleted, has made me very uncomfortable. I, as a newbie gun enthusiast, had been made to feel very welcome by the community. I am NOT a "conservative"! I am NOT a "Liberal". I fall somewhere in between as I believe in aspects of BOTH, which also means I disagree with aspects of BOTH sides.

I now fear the very people I thought could be my friends. When are one of them going to find out where one of us lives and vandalize something? I mean, I was accused of having Communist/Marxist views!! The harsh talk and accusations from some is/has been WAY over the top. They don't seem to care one bit who they offend! They seem to have no interest in those of us that may not share ALL of their beliefs. TAKU, you coming over here a spewing garbage doesn't help, what ever your cause is, that's for sure. This whole damned thing REEKS!

I should think the OTHER "No free speech" website would want to hide it's member list. Anybody that was reading here in the last week or so that was thinking of joining has certainly seen a lot of ugly.

And I'm sorry guys, but I'm not seeing anything funny in this thread. Talk of showing up at someone's door just seems wrong to me.

While this is his site, I cant fully support that way of thinking. You are right PB with your comment above. You and I believe and probably mostly agree in our 2nd Amendment rights but I bet we have lots of opposing views. I will support you in your firearms right but I will not support you in other things. I don't have to be rude about it but I will not "fully support you" and I am sure you want "fully support me".

So a few weeks back I decided to delete my entire presence off the internet- it's not an easy thing to do, but it CAN be done. I failed miserably.

After watching "Star Wars" and seeing Admiral Akbar say "ITS A TRAP!" I realized that I needed to do was turn the tables on them. In other words, I've got enough video cameras- standard, infra-red, and license plate trackers- that record both on sight and recorded at a different location. By posting this out in front of the apartment it keeps all LEO's along the "straight and narrow"- to prevent this from happening:

The idea is they break in, they do illegal stuff thinking they can get away with it, it's all recorded,,,,in other words making it so difficult for them to do the "SWAT TEAM" they'll end up on trial.

Drug raid, cop starts shooting woman in the back and neck she had covered her 5 children with her body as she absorbed the bullets. So this mentality isn't a new thing- how we use technology to fight back however is.

I honestly don’t remember getting this message in our inbox but we have a pretty good spam filter. Beside, I would have read the first line and hit the “X” button... down the drain you go… it's like the Chinese spam that gets thru sometimes; they write stuff and then use some online language converter which tries to make sense of the gibberish. It’s just funny. I can’t image anyone would see this supposed anti-gun list of theirs (if it even exists) with gun sellers and gun specialty shops on it and wonder WTF?!?!?! Just saying!!

This is true- websites are far better at it than one on one conversations. However, I've had some success in giving away 1 year free subscriptions of the NRA's membership- especially to liberals. Some seem to read it, and others,,,,well,,,,,like Mom's demand action. They were caught lying about that picture taken down in Texas- one from the front, theirs from the side but taken at the same time. Mom's demand action's arn't sane- if you try to discuss it with them they become angrily hostile. I just said "Well, based on your attitude we should take away your drivers license- they teach you in drivers education don't drive when you're angry and right now you're a hazard to every other driver on the road". Figured if they're going to be holier than thou, I'm going to whack their beehive just as hard as I could. It worked- the effect was rather spectacular,,,,

I think Joe simply refuses to accept the Right's claim to ownership over 2A rights. It's a load of crap. Yes- I'll give the Right credit for doing most of the torch carrying, but that doesn't give you ownership. Besides- while the Right has been carrying the 2nd torch, we've been carrying ALL THE OTHERS.

We all have our part. It doesn't make a damn bit of difference what someone's political leaning are- if we're pro-2A, we're pro-2A and allies on this topic. NOBODY is saying we need to suffer fakers who claim to support the 2A while talking "common sense measures" BS. Joe Biden loves his shotguns, but he hates my ARs- he's no friend of mine, so what if both our ties are blue.

Reading through this whole thread I just have to wonder - if the folks who are planning to compile this list will truly be distributing that information via leaflets, etc. at various gatherings, gun shows, etc., then it seems that it shouldn't be difficult to wait a month or so and watch for them to show up. At that time, it should be very easy to identify who sent this -whether it be Cease Fire, WCFA or someone else. If they don't show at all, then it was just a ruse meant to stir the pot - and it certainly has done that.
