or are there times when pimping a gun can be the right thing to do??

Sometimes i think it can be pretty nice.

Obviously all looks are subjective, but i certainly thing you can have a display piece look good :cool:
 
If you have plenty of ammo, proficiant with your firearm and your trainings up to snuff. Then I would say it's still wrong.

Custom engraving can look nice. Not much for diamonds and gold though. But that's just me.
 
You can do whatever you like with your gun. That's the beauty of things. But what is shown in the first post is what I'd call pimped and you'll never see me with a gun like that.

But that's not my gun is it? If it's what you want, go all the way!
 
To each their own I think.

I don't care much for it, but if someone gave me any firearm I would show it proudly.

I'm a firearm enthusiast, as far as my money will allow (not very far) so I think the beauty is in the mechanics and function.
 
I guess some people need to look up what pimped out means, rather than the negative connotation they currently associate with it ;)
