Can someone tell me what day the case starts and supposedly ends? I keep finding other 114 trial stuff when searching
You mean you haven't been able to find a specific piece of information in the 9 pages of relevant posts mixed in with 220 pages of off-topic tangents, rants, and arguments in the M114 thread?

Oral arguments scheduled for Oct 29th, everything after that is up to the judges.

MOLLE 100RD SAW pouches will hold 4x 20rd metal M14/M1A mags perfectly. USGI M4 double pouches with elastic retention will hold 1 metal M14/M1A mag. Eagle Industries offers SR25 pouches in singles to double.

One thing that has been grossly overlooked in this law is that it is 'Racist'. The extra fees involved may deprive low income (think people of color) their Constitutional Rights. Very similar to a 'poll tax' which was struck down many years ago.

Well, the state being equitable and fair and all, will probably issue free firearms to minority groups, so they can have the privilege of having them confiscated down the road just like the rest of the populace.

Something I was unaware of about 114. From an article:

Use of a currently owned magazine will only be lawful on private property, at a shooting range, and while engaged in hunting.

'Engaged in hunting' ?

OK - so lets say I am in the National Forest with my +10 hi cap mags in my guns - I guess I am 'technically' varmint hunting right?

And then there is this part:

Nothing requires law enforcement agencies to actually offer the classes required to obtain the permit.

So - will ANY LE agency take it upon themselves to DO this - or just pass on it because of no requirement to do so?
Apparently not on my side of the state
