    As long as it's done in semi auto mode only, with ATF approved parts

    That is unless you're an ATF approved manufacturer for police and military sales only. You can thank Ronald Reagan for banning your ability to import complete full auto weapons or manufacture them for private possession and for these trashed receivers, he signed the law
