Is it legal to let my friends use my suppressor while I am on site?

    It is absolutely legal and it is a lot of fun. Just be sure you ask if the AR flash hider is threaded or pinned.

    Letting someone shoot your firearm is NOT considered a transfer if you are still there.

    Who knows what will happen if your crazy guy actually manages to pass the current gun bill regarding transfers.

    as long as you are physically present with them when they're using it, it's fine.

    do NOT walk away and leave them in control of the NFA item.

    Just to state the obvious...Don't leave him with it even to go to the bathroom. Take it with you or take the rifle, the suppressor is attached to, with you if the range permits it.
