What happened to the Internet search "box"? You know the box that used to be at the top right corner in all previous versions. Is it the way mine is configured or is it gone?

I wish Microsoft would just quit the browser game. I got an error within 40 seconds of install, back to Firefox I happily go.

No. Some snot-nosed young UI guru decided it was better to combine the address and search box. You just enter the search terms and hit enter. It will be sent to whoever you set up to be your preferred search engine.

I think they stole that idea from Chrome.

You can always load the bing, google, yahoo and/or other seach toolbar and have a search text box.
