    how long will it be till they train shoot first, cuff them then ask who are you and what are you doing.

    A long long time before the advent of the samrt phones with HD video capabilities came around, we saw the first flip phone guns surfacing. So yes it is a potential threat. That being said, there are AOW's that look like a pen or a flashlight, so don't be surprised if you get shot reaching for a pen or are looking down the barrel of a gun while just out for a late night stroll with a flashlight.

    So if I get pulled over for talking on my cell phone while driving, can I claim I was actually just target shooting (dry firing, of course)?
