I have only had a few sketchy people in the past the only thing I guess positive about a BGC is that if there was a dumb bubblegum criminal looking to buy a gun they are probably to paranoid to buy one now from a online source. There is evidence that some stupid sellers not doing due diligence have sold to unsavory types. And the only arrest I know of was based on old laws selling to a felon knowingly. I used to prior to the SB941 sell to anyone with a CHL but none without. Now I can't say what I do but I do oppose SB941 and never had any issues selling to a CHL holder in fact most that held them and did transactions were responsible people.
