The police say that citizens buying guns, while standing on sidewalk is legal,at the gun-buy-back,at Memorial Coliseum.
I was most interested in the stats on gun violence. Suicide seems to be the major factor in gun violence. Very seldom is suicide given when reporting gun violence.

No such thing as a "gun buy back"!!!

The government never owned them in the first place so they can't EVER "buy them back"!

Most firearm deaths are suicides, but LE doesn't like to point that out, instead lumping them all together as "felony gun deaths." Yes, suicide is a felony.
In 1999 for example, in the US there were 16,599 suicides and 10,828 homicides with firearms.

I think officer Sessions did everyone on that sidewalk a good turn with his comments. Those that read those comments, and if(when)there is another CeaseFire turn-in, more will be more likely to deal with you guys on the street rather than waste their time with ceasefire. Ya think? You guys just got endorsed by the Portland PD.
