Got a text from ATT earlier, yes I use the cell company that sells you out to the gov, that said terms of service have changed and if you keep using their service you therefore agree to it.
Am I reading this right? By using their service you forfit your ability to in any way be part of a class action suit or hold them accountable for their actions?
