    If you are looking for lower price pistol mount light,

    TLR-1 would be the better choice. (only down side is their locking system)

    Thanks. I don't like the TLRs...the shiny finish mixed with the battery cover and lock set up, leaves a lot to be desired.

    Surefire x300 can be had for under $200 nowadays. Since newer model is replacing those.

    I do like Surefires, but for under $100 I can get an M3, and I don't care for LEDs.
