The Place to Shoot at Delta Park, and Public Safety Range(or whatever it's called) in Clackamas are the only two that I know of.

I stopped by Beavercreek Armory for grins the other day because it's now on the way home. It looks like they're in the process of building an indoor handgun/.22 range.

I have no idea on the status, though. Just saw that they had a sign up in the store.
