in process of buying jm pro series mossberg 12 gauge. pros and cons before i make the deal?

I was looking for a shotgun to do some tactical training but also to be able to shoot 3 gun with some friends and wanted to get a decent shotgun for both. kind of in between i guess. but i could not just do a pump for some reason. i hear good sides on both. having a pump can detour someone in your home just by the noise it makes.... and they are reliable as far as easy to un jam... I also here that the 22 inch barrel is too difficult for maneuvering in a house or tactical situation . but its only 3 and a half inches longer than most tactical shotguns. maybe 2 if they have a muzzle break... so I am on the fence. I have a good deal on one off the shelf that is new for 599. and put money down. for layaway to think about it. but want to pick it up next Friday. can anyone talk me out of it for this price or persuade me to another shotgun?....
