W-W "used" to sell an 85gr. Silvertip .380/9mm bullet. Hollow point, hollow base. There is the possibility that someone like Black Hills Shooter's Supply might have them or know of a reasonable substitute - but BHSS is wholesale (FFL or business license) only.

Precision Delta, Everglades Ammo, Montana Gold are probably the 3 I would consider--in that order.

Precision Delta doesn't have a 380 HP, but their 115 gr JHP are only 8.5¢ ea shipped if you buy 2000
Everglades has a 85 gr JHP 380 at 9.5¢ and a 115 gr JHP at 9.3¢. Again 2000 per, shipping included
Montana gold----they have both 95 gr 380 JHP and 115 gr 9mm JHP. Great bullets, but you have to
get into case quantities (varies, 3,000-4,500 per) to get the price down under 10¢

My personal favorite for 115 JHP is Precision Delta. We went through 18,000 in 2019 with zero issues.

I have been buying golden Sabre bullets from midway. If buying in 2000 quantity you can get them for 12-15 cents a piece. Makes for a fairly cheap multi purpose ammo.

I never heard of Precision Delta, Everglades Ammo, Montana Gold so the info was golden.
Ordered 1K each from Everglades,
88gr-.380 JHP & 115gr-9mm JHP cause they had both in stock. $.09/per-rd
I use AMMOSEEK for all loaded ammo buys, never thought to see about bullets. Berrys didn't have what I needed.
No FFL so Black Hills was out & I don't like bothering my FFL friends/businesses.
Never bought from Midway due to less $$ from others. YMMV
