Well I cant think of a better way to spend a Thursday evening...
Working on timing the barrel nut.. listening to a good audio book, waiting for my Marie Callender's "Comfort Bakes" scalloped potato's to cook, and sipping an ice cold Coca Cola... Good Times....
Got a pile of Parts here I acquired in trades over the last week or so, and I'm building an 18" SPR
Based around a beautiful Balistics Advantage Hanson 1:8 twist Stainless Steel Barrel chambered in, as the thread title suggests: 223 Wylde. If this barrel is anything like the last 18" BA Barrel I had, I expect 3/4 MOA or better. I hope to take it to the range in the morning to confirm...
I'm putting this together as a showcase build to draw people to my table this weekend. At least that's how I convinced my wife it was a good idea.
I'll update as the build progresses with which parts I decide to put on. Here's the Pile I'm starting with..
