Just like the AWB here in WA, the Canadian ban seems to have a bunch of exotic guns, like they are sold and traded on regular basis. One example here in WA, they listed the FAMAS rifle under the ban, like how many were actually imported into the US? Very few and would be extremely expensive.

Serbu butt master is on the list. The only people who knew of this guns existence was Mark Serbu and USA ATF. They therefore got many of the guns on their list from our ATF.

What I noticed is these all seem like clones of lesser popular existing guns, change the names to something new my guess is an effort to skirt Canadas long standing bans on modern AR15s et al. It took them a while, but my guess is this new ban is simply the discovery of the less popular guns that are still viable to use against tyranny.
Similar to the current thread here about the M1 Carbine sill being effective but not on any of our ban states list (note for Wa. residents).

I used to have a Braverman Stinger .25 acp Pen Gun. The lower part swiveled out to make an angled grip. Not something I would bet my life on.

My NAA Mini .22WMR was smaller with the grip folded and weighed less. But after I shot a racoon in the top of it's head at 4 feet and it stopped moving but still hissed at me for a long time, didn't trust that to stop anybody either. Looked up .22 magnum short barrel performance and then sold my Derringer as well.

Forget Trudeau, I remember the old saying "9 guys with rifles could take over Canada". He has let a whole bunch of really questionable people in up there lately.
