Natural Gas 28.59%

Lumber 1.99% (but double the 06/23/2000 price)

Milk 9.68%

This is just since the first of this year. A comparison to this date last year might be different. For instance, lumber is double what it cost a year ago, even with a huge price drop in the last month.

I don't know what the future holds, but I try to stay in a position where I don't have to run out and "buy high", and I can ride it out for awhile.

If prices stay sky high, I'll still need to buy fuel, food, clothes etc.

I do wish I'd have bought a storage container full of OSB when it was $7.99.
 
If I was cynical and was looking at all the other things going on like the hedge funds buying all the houses, then I might think this is what a commie takeover looks like. Nawwwww that can't be true can it? :s0093:
 
the real trick to all of what's going on is to have buying power after it all crashes. Our pockets are being picked. :s0093:
Wait til "they" mandate the changeover to digital money as part of the Great Reset... I understand that all money in private hands will be worth $0.60 on the dollar in the exchange. Those of us with $$$ in IRA or 401k will be hit hard.
