If you learn to use it well you'll find a good job in less than 5 minutes. Everyone is hiring machinists: Leupold, Precision Cast Parts, and I'm hiring two machinist right now.

Nobody knows how to do jack sh anymore.

I figure I can just use the 9mm lower I made from a solid billet as most of my resume, should I ever need to change shops.

You don't need either, 80% lowers is selling a jig that works with your new router!
They say it only takes 15 minutes to turn out a completed 80% lower, which is much faster than my mill
