Miltant marxists, militant alphabet vegans, angry synthetic gender crazies and the rest of the so-called 'wokers' (not to be confused with 'workers') should stay in kommifornia.

Pro-gun meat eaters i.e. normals are welcome in my state.

This sort of statement really grinds my gears. Like someone sprayed WD-40 on 'em and left them exposed to a dust storm grinding.

No one is saying "No Migrants!" and looking to keep everyone out of their state. (Sort of like how many Republicans, including Trump, are not saying No Migrants).

What you've done is take a legitimate concern that people want to discuss (how the migration of wealthy Californians to more rural states has brought problems that need to be dealt with) and turned it into a xenophobic statement.

That's not how anything gets done and all it does is demonize those sitting across from you.

It's OK that it grates on you, Because I took both yours and the above statement as exactly that A xenophobic statement!

D60,

Due to grammar confusion, I don't understand this: "Because I took both yours and the above statement as exactly that A xenophobic statement!"

Are you using the word "xenophobic" as one of the many beloved words the left cherishes (along with
multiculturalism,
diversity,
fairness,
equity,
inclusion,
inclusiveness,
opportunity,
empowerment)

or are you being facetiously humorous or ....?

My wife and I sold our 5 acre place in CA a year ago and moved ourselves and our three horses, leaving behind my liberal son, his liberal wife and two grand kids. We couldn't stomach what the Left had done to the state: schools, infrastructure, law enforcement, etc. All we wanted to do was find a place to live out our lives in peace, shoot several matches a week and have a place to practice. We've found that in Idaho.

It's great to see young couples able and willing to raise a family in this environment. The taxes my wife and I pay and needed to fund public services with the school system being at the top of that list. Despite being in our 70's we recognize that our future is with the next generation and the next generation being raised in places like CA is going to have values that will have to be overcome if this country is to survive true to the values of our Founders.

Three horses on 5 acres? :)

D60,

OK,

You're from california, progressive in your political perspective and feel a certain amount of anger because you're not welcomed with open arms.

Close?

D60,

One of the reasons california leftists aren't welcomed in other states they migrate to isn't just because of their politics, but their desire to re-start/re-create what they left behind.

The locals of the migrated to states aren't fond of being told they're not doing 'it' right...'it' being categories ranging from politics to the environment they profess to sincerely care about when proving they really don't...look at the devolved, hideous mess that california now...enjoys.

But hey, california is awash in diversity and multi-culturism...so spread it around if your model of utopia is Calcutta of two hundred years ago.

Dip 'em in Sheep Dip first and then have a look at 'em
After 1st donning a hazmat suit! After the dip, run em through a deep physco evaluation test to determine liberal/socialist leanings and only then give em a pass. This statement from a native Oregonian (born 1947 in Roseburg, Or.) who has had a front seat on all the liberal infestation. I tear up a little every time I think about what has happened to Oregon/Washington. If I had the means to move to Idaho, I would join their fight to keep every leftist ideal and agenda at bay! I don't know if I am the first to coin this thought but it goes like this: The further a person is removed from getting their hands in the soil, living in rural harmony with the land, the more disconnected they become from reality! They tend to congregate together in large crouded cities surrounding themselves with like-minded idiots who think the government will keep them safe (at any cost to personal liberty), culturing a stupid leftist liberal ideology which they want to push on everyone else!

Hell, that is light grazing. Over here in Central Oregon you can see hundreds of sh*thole single wides on a couple acres out in the desert areas with 5 horses, brand new bling pickups with the big bling 5th wheel horse trailers.

Were I live it is one acre minimum up to five acres and on some of those places they have 3 or more horses on 1/2 acre paddock. Have to feed hay all year round. Thing is, I seldom see these horses being ridden or even hauled around any where. Over sized pasture pets. They stand around all day consuming $ 100 of hay or more every month.

My kids have horses, but they ride couple times a week and do some team roping on weekends. Still expensive, but at least the horses have a job.

Where do you get that? The first poster who stated that We need to get ahead of this and keep these people out. I reminded him that his grand parents were new comers at one time, would not have been allowed in under those same rules either. The second poster thought that was a xenophobic statement. And I pointed out that his own statement was. So again where do my views become progressive?

When I see terms like 'xenophobic statement' bandied about.

I too have a severe dislike of leftist out of staters (most especially from blue states) being defended when they want to spread what didn't work in the state they left, but still want to promote it in the state they migrate to.

Then turn it back on the one who threw it out there......

Two words for ya:

GAVIN

NEWSOME

And I was reading where the new DA of SF is the son of two Weather Underground criminal radicals responsible for bombings and cop killing. His father is still in prison for the NY armored car robbery and murder of two cops and a security guard. His mom served 22 years.

"The people of San Francisco have sent a powerful and clear message: It's time for radical change to how we envision justice," Boudin said in a statement. "I'm humbled to be a part of this movement that is unwavering in its demand for transformation."

Sounds like Barry O has his hand up Boudin's keister and is speaking thru his mouth. Boudin has vowed not to prosecute such petty crimes as peeing, pooping, or shooting up in public. Yay! A win for civilization!!! /sarc

What is wrong with those people that voted him into office???
Blind allegiance to the party.... :s0109:
