Thanks to Trump's appointments to the 9th Circuit it is not the guaranteed loss that it would have been four years ago. And even if we lose at the 9th Circuit that will put us at the US Supreme Court where we have a good chance at a nationwide victory.

SCOTUS just showed how valuable the last appointee was. 5-4, Roberts joining the dissent in a case about the NY religious service restrictions.

Yup! Chief Justice Roberts has shown his true colors, so now we know what a fraud he truly is, as if there was any doubt before Trump became POTUS! The winds are a changing, looks like we may see some positive action from SCOTUS!

Though we still face the challenge of getting the States to follow the law of the land when the SCOTUS makes such rulings!
